IDR Technology Solutions is a DBA for Installations Done Right, LLC. Installations Done Right which originated in January of 2007 as a registered LLC. IDR provides service for almost the entire East cost of the United States. We believe that our name speaks for itself, and the proof is in our work. All of our Installers and technicians are certified professionals who go through extensive training and on the job experience.

IDR Technology Solutions is a complete IT & Security solutions provider. We specialize in Managed Services and Systems Integration. We work with both cloud and traditional systems alike and provide service in many verticals including Education, Finance, Enterprise, Multifamily Dwelling Buildings, and SMB.

IDR Technology Solutions has partnered up with some of the leading technology manufacturers (this list is available on our partnerships section of our website) to ensure that we can provide our clients with the most cutting-edge solutions for every budget. We make it our priority to provide all of our clients with exceptional quality and customer care. Our core competencies are systems design and integration. Our staff is made up of cabling technicians, installers, service technicians and systems engineers.

At IDR, our most valued point of interest is our clients’ needs. Our team of consultants, project managers and engineers work closely with all our clients to determine the best course of action based on our clients’ needs and budgets. We understand that our clients need to stay focused on their daily business operations and can’t afford to spend time maintaining their systems. IDR is not only is a certified reseller and integrator of technology equipment, but we also provide our clients with service offerings to maintain the equipment. IDR also stands behind our work, all our work is covered by our insurance policy. All IDR installation’s come with an IDR standard one-year warranty, and our configuration services are warrantied for 30 days.

At IDR Technology Solutions we believe that having the right staff makes all of the difference. We hire exceptionally talented individuals who have all passed our strenuous background checks. IDR’s background check policy includes a 10-panel drug screening, federal and state felony background checks, finger printing in the state in which they work, and global monitoring checks. Our staff are provided with continuous education trainings to keep them current on the latest technologies.

They are very professional , the team is very clean and always cleans up the job site once the project is complete, they are always on time (even with very short notice), and to make it even better Michael is very knowledgeable about various IT solutions and is always willing to assist us in getting various questions answered and jobs done.
